Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our Learning and Development team, supporting Finance and Customer Care operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs that build staff capability in financial processes, customer service excellence, and critical compliance standards.

The Learning and Development team is a strategic partner to our operations, dedicated to equipping our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional, accurate, and compliant customer and financial services.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Facilitate Targeted Training: Develop and deliver engaging training modules—using classroom, virtual, and on-the-job methods—that cover core financial processes (such as billing and reconciliation), customer service excellence, and essential compliance and risk management policies.
  • Collaborate for Standardization and Quality: Partner with Finance, Customer Care, and Quality teams to conduct training needs assessments, standardize best practices, and ensure new hire onboarding sets staff up for success.
  • Evaluate and Optimize Programs: Assess the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and stakeholder feedback, using data to continuously update and improve curriculum, materials (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), e-learning content), and delivery methods.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Three to four years of experience in training or instructional design roles, preferably within a finance or customer service/call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, payment processes) and customer care workflows.
  • Proven ability in presentation, facilitation, and coaching, including proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources (HR), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
