UNREAL ENGINE MARKETING

What We Do

Unreal Engine is a high-performance software development suite, created by Epic Games, that empowers today’s digital creators to craft real-time, high-fidelity interactive experiences for games, film, TV, VR, architectural visualization, product design, and manufacturing. As part of the Unreal Engine Marketing team, we help develop, manage, measure, and enhance Epic campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.

What You'll Do

The Unreal Engine team is looking for an experienced marketer to bring together brand and business strategy in support of Global Enterprise customers.

In this role, you will

  • Build growth marketing plans to reach leaders across industries including automotive, media & entertainment, fashion, retail and architecture
  • Support global companies who integrate Unreal Engine into their tech stack to drive digital transformation and create interactive experiences for consumers
  • Develop industry specific positioning that demonstrates the value of our ecosystem of tools, products and services
  • Create narratives and sales enablement tools to help companies unlock the value of Unreal Engine with their customers
  • Build holistic plans that span events, campaign launches, product releases and always on content marketing. Translate customer stories into compelling case studies and industry spotlights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that reach key customers across key markets. Move campaigns from concept to execution by working closely with Business Development, Product Marketing, Creative Production, Legal and Comms
  • Develop a data backed approach to communication plans to drive ROI. Assess key metrics to optimize plans and improve the efficacy of marketing spend

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience positioning B2B software to Fortune 500 companies. Knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus
  • Ability to move seamlessly from business strategy to communication plan and campaign design
  • Superior eye for detail as you move projects from concept to review and execution
  • Experience working with brands to develop co-marketing efforts

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA & NYC).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
