What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for production efficiency in Assembly, and lead the industrialization, for new product programs

  • You will capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in respective domain

  • You will participate in the design of new equipment and new line

  • You will perform trials on the equipment and deliver reports

  • You will work on cycle time reduction to optimize investment, material & labor cost

  • You will support production technicians to train and problem solve

  • You will participate in Valeo production system workshops, identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

What You Should Have

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or another Engineering discipline

  • You have 2+ years relevant experience

  • You have experience with manufacturing equipment and ergonomics

  • You preferably have experience with PLCs and robotic programming, preferred

  • You preferably have experience working with outside vendors on quote preparation and procuring process improvement equipment

  • You preferably have experience writing and implementing work instructions, PFMEA, process validation plan and control plan and all process documentation
