Key Responsibilities:

Program & Initiative Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Dallas Executive Team and HNW leadership, from definition through execution and close‑out.

  • Translate strategic priorities into clearly scoped programs with defined objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reporting.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate.

Executive Enablement & Governance

  • Establish and manage governance structures for executive‑sponsored initiatives, including steering forums, operating reviews, and decision checkpoints.

  • Prepare high‑quality executive materials (status updates, decision memos, dashboards) that enable timely and informed decision‑making.

  • Track commitments, decisions, and follow‑through across executive and leadership forums.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across business, functional, and regional partners to ensure alignment and momentum.

  • Drive clarity of roles, ownership, and accountability across workstreams.

  • Facilitate collaboration across Advice, HNW, Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.

HNW Program Support

  • Partner with HNW leadership to execute initiatives tied to growth, client experience, advisor enablement, talent outcomes, and operational effectiveness.

  • Support integration of HNW initiatives with Dallas site priorities and broader enterprise programs.

  • Enable change adoption through structured planning, communication, and execution discipline.
    Operating Rhythm & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the operating cadence for Dallas Executive Team and HNW related programs, ensuring consistent planning, reporting, and follow up.‑related programs, ensuring consistent planning, reporting, and follow‑up.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve execution efficiency, and strengthen program management practices.

  • Apply lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
