The Role

The Field Client Manager is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, supporting retention and sustainable revenue growth. This role combines consultative account management with business development within defined territories, working closely with clients to understand their goals and demonstrate how LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions can deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a consistent point of contact.
  • Understand client priorities and align solutions to business goals.
  • Manage renewals, resolve issues, and support retention and growth.
  • Create and maintain account plans aligned to agreed outcomes.
  • Identify and progress opportunities within a portfolio of existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on meetings, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and plans in CRM systems.
  • Manage issues and escalations, coordinating timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer retention roles.
  • Ability to generate and progress opportunities through proactive outreach and pipeline development.
  • Experience contributing to revenue growth using structured, data‑informed sales approaches.
  • Confidence selling or supporting complex solutions within existing customer portfolios.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to align customer needs to value‑based solutions.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Organised and effective in managing time, priorities, and multiple opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently and across teams, using CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to support decision‑making.
