The ideal candidate brings strong industry expertise with demonstrated including residential construction experience, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet the highest standards in quality, schedule, and budget. This individual must be organized, detail-oriented and proactive and be comfortable managing multiple priorities, solving problems effectively, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
