Summary: We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator (L2/L3) to manage, maintain, and support enterprise storage infrastructure. The candidate will have hands-on experience with NetApp AFF/FAS, PowerMax 8K, ISILON, and ECS. The role involves storage provisioning, replication, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform NetApp AFF/FAS storage provisioning and manage volume/LUN assignments. Configure and manage SnapMirror/SnapVault replication for disaster recovery. Conduct NetApp upgrades including firmware, ONTAP, and cluster upgrades. Manage PowerMax 8K storage arrays, including SRDF/S replication configuration and monitoring. Support ISILON NAS storage – share creation, quota management, and monitoring. Handle ECS object storage management, including bucket setup, replication, and monitoring. Monitor storage health, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for storage requirements and DR testing. Maintain proper documentation of storage configurations, replication setups, and operational procedures. Technical & Professional Skills: Hands-on experience with NetApp AFF/FAS, including provisioning, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and upgrades. Experience with PowerMax 8K, including SRDF/A configuration and replication management. Working knowledge of ISILON NAS and ECS Object Storage. Understanding of CISCO SAN/NAS concepts, zoning, LUN masking, and host connectivity (WWPN). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of DR/BC processes and Site Recovery Manager (SRM) is a plus. Qualifications: Relevant storage certifications (NetApp, Dell EMC, VMware, etc.) preferred. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6 – 10 years of experience. - A 15 year full time education is required.
