This Project Manager will support the organization in organizing and developing project plans, analytics and reporting, budget management, communicating with suppliers and clients as directed, managing the flow of information from the Client Services Directors to the internal and external operational support units.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Clients, Client Service Directors, Senior Project Manager, Project Director and the Operational Units in developing project specifications, business requirements, creative specifications, budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with Client Services team to manage client expectations and communications flow
  • Assists with scope and budget processes for new opportunities and change orders to existing deliverables
  • Tracking and communicating regularly with Client Service Directors and Clients on any status, budget and timing issues
  • Collaborate with Client Services Directors to manage client expectations and budget constraints
  • Risk mitigation related to scope and quality, including communicating clear description of problems and potential solutions to Client Services Directors in anticipation of problems or when they arise
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and facilitate internal/external project meetings
  • Review of deliverables with the team
  • Ensure Quality Assurance is carried out on all deliverables
  • Support company quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the company quality management system documentation

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or two to three years of equivalent experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business-related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Management position
  • Highly developed skills in time management, organization, and priority setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
