What You'll Do
Responsible for development and implementation of Business Development engagement efforts with medium (25 to 99 employees) and small (less than 25 employee) businesses. Responsible for development and implementation of marketing plan with area chambers of commerce (Joplin, Neosho, Webb City, Carthage, and Pittsburg) with focus on reaching medium and small businesses., Responsible for working with Freeman Marketing on all promotional related items, electronic communications, posters, mailers, displays, and give-a-ways. Responsible for all development and coordination of Business Development events. Responsible for providing health care related services to all area school districts that have school-based health programs with Freeman. This will include routine visits onsite with school staff overseeing their health plan. Maintain accurate records of employer engagement and health plan benefit information in Freeman Employer Tracker.

Essential Functions
Provides various employer and/or business related reports as requested by VP Business Development. Works on various special projects as assigned by VP Business Development.
Maintains positive relationships with various Freeman departments. (i.e.: Marketing, Professional Support, Patient Accounts, Service Lines and Administration) in service Medium, Small, and Educational Accounts.

Assists with Education, Wellness & Screen Team Events as needed and reporting of results to employers.

Provides all aspects of customer service to medium and small businesses within service area.

Coordinate Employer Engagement/Appreciation Events.

Develop publishing content for Freeman-in-a-flash.

Maintains Freeman Employer Tracker Database

Requirements
Knowledge gained from a Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration, or 5 years or more of comparable business experience. History of work in a healthcare environment is a plus.
