What would you do? You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits. You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. You will be performing risk assessments of various occupancies from a property insurance loss prevention perspective in support of global account engineers & underwriters. The risk assessments will be completed by conducting an analysis of submitted values, as well as various construction, protection, & occupancy features which would be determined through the receipt of a loss prevention survey report. You will be interpreting these reports & translating the information into risk quality ratings and fire/Nat Cat loss estimates following guidelines, utilizing available tools and utilities. You will review accounts for essential elements for location assessment as per guidelines, focusing on major findings & Loss Estimates from LDRs, & providing an overall account analysis & Rating to underwriters for risk selection.
What are we looking for? Minimum of 43 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or related fields Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks, laws, and regulations applicable to the wealth management industry Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change across the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial services and wealth management processes (e.g., money movement) Experience with RSA Archer and W-Desk Experience with control automation Proficiency in risk management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional certification(s) in compliance (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) or project management (e.g., PMP) highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Incident / Loss Management Assist in evaluating incident root causes and contribute to the analysis and procedures to address incidents or rectify errors on risk and compliance-related issues. Complete necessary data entry into Business Process and Control Owner and internal tracking applications for issue management Collect and summarize necessary data or supplemental information to facilitate issue validation and submit this information in the risk management system of record for validation, in accordance with applicable Business Process and Control Owner policies. Enterprise Remediations Collaborate with Business Process and Control Owner to provide necessary data and information for any identified remediation efforts identified by Business Process and Control Owner. Work closely with the Business Process and Control Owner to support root cause analysis, impact assessment, and remediation activities. Support root cause analyses and/or impact assessments on identified risk and compliance-related issues, presenting findings to the Business Process and Control Owner as needed. Support activities across the Risk and Compliance workstream to ensure that required deadlines are met. Follow applicable enterprise remediation processes as required, based on the type of correction and supporting policy. Collaborate with client to provide necessary data and information for any identified remediation efforts identified by client. Support root cause analyses and/or impact assessments on identified risk and compliance-related issues identified by Accenture, presenting findings to the client as needed.
