Com quem você trabalhará?
A equipe de Confiabilidade e HelpDesk fazem parte do time de Integração, sendo responsáveis por fornecer suporte para qualquer falha ou evento, recebendo do cliente ou criando tickets no RedMine ou SalesForce, realizando a análise detalhada da falha/evento, direcionando os tickets para o segmento correto em caso de defeito do produto, contribuindo dessa forma com o aumento da disponibilidade dos ativos.
Como você fará a diferença?
Como membro da equipe de Confiabilidade e HelpDesk, você será responsável em receber e consolidar tickets de falhas/eventos, realizar a análises e relatórios detalhados dos tickets, interagir com os demais segmentos buscando uma solução de contorno para restabelecimento operacional do sistema junto aos clientes.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
Cursando Sistemas de Informação, Ciências da computação ou Engenharias (Elétrica/Automação/Mecatrônica).
Capacidade analítica desenvolvida;
Desejável conhecimento em automação de sistemas;
Desejável conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux e Windows;
Desejável conhecimento em redes de computadores.
Como será o seu dia a dia?
Auxiliar na confiabilidade do sistema de controle ferroviário;
Analisar as ocorrências abertas para falhas reportadas pelo cliente;
Coleta de logs para Análises;
Levantar informações de confiabilidade para priorização de correção de falhas;
Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento da confiabilidade do sistema;
Participar de reunião de conciliação técnica com o cliente;
Auxiliar na criação de procedimentos para execução de tarefas;
Trabalho em equipe para estudo dos defeitos e árvore de sintomas;
Configuração de cópias de logs dos servidores/painéis em produção para os servidores do cliente;
Análise de alarmes da ferramenta de monitoramento da TI do cliente (Zabbix);
Documentação da infraestrutura implantada.
