Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused technical specialist to support the implementation, service, and ongoing success of innovative cleaning solutions. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial awareness to ensure successful deployments, deliver excellent customer experiences, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solutions & Implementation

  • Assess customer requirements and operational needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support solution design, implementation planning, and technical validation.
  • Install, configure, commission, and optimise equipment at customer sites.
  • Ensure smooth integration into customer operations.

Customer Support & Service

  • Provide technical support, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Deliver high-quality service to maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and system records.
  • Manage service materials and equipment effectively.

Customer Training & Success

  • Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships through ongoing technical support.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  • Support long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Commercial Support

  • Work closely with sales teams to support customer opportunities and technical discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services.
  • Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and implementation activities as required.

Operational Excellence

  • Plan and prioritise activities efficiently.
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical aptitude with experience supporting equipment or technology-based solutions.
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to customer success.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary range: 40.000 - 45.000 EUR per annum + SIP and benefits
