Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support and scale our growing affiliate marketing program. This role is a key investment in strengthening the User Acquisition team’s capacity to expand and optimize affiliate operations, directly impacting new Monthly Transacting User (MTU) growth and revenue generation.

As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and performance tracking. This role will accelerate the testing and scaling of high-performing affiliates, allowing the team to unlock additional revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Affiliate Onboarding & Account Management
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring seamless integration.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate communications, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships.
• Optimization & Performance Analysis
• Track affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reporting on revenue, MTUs, and key KPIs.
• Assist in A/B testing and optimizations for creative assets, placements, and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with the Affiliate Lead to identify scalable opportunities for high-performing affiliates.
• Operational & Administrative Support
• Maintain affiliate contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure affiliate partners adhere to program guidelines, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
• Assist in scaling new affiliate campaigns, particularly as we expand into Early Pay and Continuous Pay products.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact Radius is preferred, but not required.
• High English proficiency (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
• A keen interest in digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, and performance-driven growth strategies.
