Freese and Nichols is seeking a BT Project Coordinator in our Houston, Texas office. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of technology projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication among team members and external parties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans to track progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate resources for the execution of projects.
  • Adjust project constraints when required.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
  • Facilitate team meetings and discussions to address project-related issues and brainstorm solutions.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Provide technical support to project team members and stakeholders, aiding in the understanding and implementing technology solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends relevant to the project and suggest improvements or innovations.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, including managing timeline.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the agreed-upon scope

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in software tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or project manager on technology projects.
