What We Do

Perform daily functions of posting, reviewing, releasing, and moving escrow funds to complete escrow banking transactions, as well as assist Builders with their subdivision needs to plat, plot and develop homes to be sold to customers.

This is an in-office position located at 1840 E. River Rd. Tucson, AZ

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist Escrow Branches in the accurate maintenance of the Escrow Ledgers.
  • Review Incoming and Outgoing Wires for accuracy.
  • Maintain all records in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy between production systems and multiple banks/accounts.
  • Examine customer problems and implement appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests.
  • Escalates queries/requests for action as appropriate to Supervisor and/or appropriate party/field locations for immediate action.
  • Maintains and creates logs, reports, records, and files.
  • Create and maintain legal Trust Agreements for Builder acquisitions.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents and filings with multiple County jurisdictions to keep Builders productive.
  • Work closely with Builders, County, Jurisdictions, Engineers and Title to set new subdivisions up in a timely and accurate manner.
  • May prepare customer billings, answer questions about billing, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or general office experience preferred
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Customer Service skill including adaptability, attention to detail, patience, and problem solving
