What you will do
The Customer Business Supervisor is part of our Building Technologies & Solutions business with Johnson Controls. This position will be working onsite at a local customer location managing the day-to-day operations of their facilities. Oversee the contract, supervise that employees are performing according to expectations, and escalate accordingly any inconsistencies to the site business manager, execute all tactical activities as it relates to assigned projects. Ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong knowledge of the HVAC industry. Experience in facilities or any type of management role. This is a technical/tactical supervisory position reporting directly to the Operations & Maintenance Business Manager, this position doesn’t have any direct reports. The supervisor works very closely with the Business Manager in identifying potential cost reductions opportunities and is responsible for the implementation of such initiatives. This role will be dedicated to a specific customer and will be daily onsite not based out of a JCI office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $82,000-102,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a
