IT manager - In-House Digital Solutions

Description -

The IT Manager (Value Stream) – ITR In-House Digital Solutions leads the delivery, stability, modernization, and compliance of HP’s internally built Order-to-Invoice application portfolio that support Service Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics processes. The role is accountable for end-to-end application ownership, including build delivery, stakeholder and vendor management, resource and financial planning, and driving continuous improvement across business-critical platforms.

This position requires strong IT leadership, software delivery expertise, and the ability to lead, and work with, globally distributed teams while balancing technical depth, operational excellence, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery and build for ITR in-house application portfolio
    Manage business-critical platforms across Order-to-Invoice, supply chain, parts, and services

  • Partner with business, architecture, security, finance, and vendors to drive roadmap execution

  • Lead global teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes

  • Drive agile delivery, releases, production readiness, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance with HP architecture, security, and SOX/audit requirements
    Own resource, vendor, and financial planning aligned to priorities

  • Lead modernization, automation, and application lifecycle simplification
    Provide clear executive reporting on delivery, risks, performance, and dependencies

  • Manage demand intake, prioritization, and execution of enhancements
    Enforce operational discipline through KPIs, health metrics, and compliance tracking

  • Build a high-performing culture and develop team capability
    Act as escalation point for delivery, compliance, and operational issues



Education & Experience Recommended


• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in applications engineering, programming, or a related field.
