You Are:

A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Use your Life Sciences industry knowledge and technical expertise to decipher clients’ SAP transformation needs

  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions, leading sales pursuits and opportunity development of solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S/4

  • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life

  • Help the continued growth of Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts

  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP transformation

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences Distribution clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Life Sciences and advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs

  • Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients

  • Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
