We’re looking for an innovative, analytical, and growth-minded Senior Product Manager to join the Data Analytics and Intelligence Team at CDK Global and take ownership of our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Governance initiatives. In this role, you will define and execute the strategy for our data platforms, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with engineering, business, and analytics teams to deliver innovative, SaaS-based data solutions that enable seamless integration, governance, and insights for our enterprise clients. This role will also play an important role in delivering an OEM Analytics solution that enables OEMs and Dealers to make better business decisions based on actionable insights and predictive analytics. You will be the owner of customer-facing OEM Analytics and have the opportunity to grow the business through understanding market opportunities and customer pain points. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and analytical mindset, focus on positive business outcomes, ability to drive execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role will utilize AI/ML models to drive differentiation, actionable insights, and tailored actions for customers to improve profitability and operational efficiencies. You should be both technical and non-technical to effectively communicate with audiences of different backgrounds, including senior leadership.
