Job Description Summary:
Orientating and onboarding new nurses consists of classroom teaching, skills, and simulation-based learning.Responsibilities And Duties:
Serves as an education and development resource for OhioHealth hospitals and business units Acts as liaison to match needs of business unit with resources from Organizational Development Assists in strategic planning of system educational needs. Manages educational projects as assigned Facilitates centralized educational programs Ensures standardization of education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification, and management and associate development. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice and OhioHealth policy. 1. EducationMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingAdditional Job Description:
RN license or license in health related field Nursing degree or other health related field 1 - 3 years Experience with strong communication skills
