你将做什么

• 聚焦公司预混料在养殖场景落地，提供现场技术支持与解决方案，打通服务闭环
• 精准解决客户养殖现场各类技术问题，维护客户关系，保障与客户的持续合作
• 开展养殖、预混料使用等相关技术培训，语言表达逻辑清晰、富有感染力
• 秉持"服务带销售"理念，以专业知识为支撑，协助团队达成业务增长目标
   

我们期待这样的你

我们寻找一位能扎根生产一线、具备扎实技术功底与良好沟通能力的专业人士。你应热爱养殖行业，善于在现场发现并解决问题，并能通过人际沟通推动技术落地。

此外，你还需具备：

• 本科及以上学历，动物科学、畜牧兽医等相关专业
• 熟练掌握猪的养殖全流程及营养需求，精通预混料特性，能独立解决养殖现场问题
• 可精准制定预混料使用及饲喂优化方案，现场实操能力突出
• 沟通表达、逻辑思维及问题解决能力优异，能高效对接客户与内部团队
• 能适应养殖场现场环境，可接受短期出差
