The Role:
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. We currently have multiple roster opportunities in our SIL houses across the region.
Your day-to-day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring:
A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
Early mornings (6am - 9am)
Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
Afternoons & evenings
Awake overnights (10pm-6am)

CPA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91561).
We offer fully funded nationally recognised qualifications including:
CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support
Ongoing specialist training and skill development
