The role

Reporting to the Formulation Group Leader, this role will support the manufacture and handling of semi-finished goods across multiple NEB product lines.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Support the manufacture and processing of buffer and enzyme formulations and related reagents

  • Aliquot and transfer formulated product to OTC and OEM filling teams

  • Provide samples to Production and/or Quality Control for testing

  • Process transactions in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with accuracy

  • Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and formulated stocks

  • Operate Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders

  • Adhere to protocols and maintain proper documentation

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of accurate SOPs, SMPs, and other manufacturing records

Required Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field (years of experience?)

  • Goal and deadline oriented with strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to multitask

  • Capable of self-management within a fast-paced team framework

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic, emphasizing both efficiency and quality of work

  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

  • Proven experience working in a clean manufacturing environment is preferred

Estimated base pay range for a Production Associate is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

The hourly rate is one component of our generous total rewards compensation package. Employees are eligible to receive: 

  • Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus
