Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development (BD) teams to identify and prioritize global sales opportunities for Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS).

  • Educate Sales and Marketing teams on Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) capabilities and services, ensuring alignment with client needs.

  • Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to inform CSS strategy and innovation efforts.

  • Manage sales pipelines, track progress against revenue targets, and prepare regular updates.

  • Develop prospecting strategies in partnership with Global and Regional Sales and Marketing teams to drive new business acquisition.

  • Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and bid defense materials to support client engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive insights, and trends aligned with Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) strategy.

  • Collaborate on the development of marketing materials and customer-facing collateral.

  • Participate in client meetings to build and nurture strong customer relationships.

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor competitive offerings and refine the CSS value proposition.

  • Represent Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

  • Be flexible and available for occasional travel to support global business initiatives.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or logistics industries.

  • Experience in a global or matrixed environment is a plus.

  • Experience in Commercial -selling sales support functions and Clinical Trials- preferable.

  • Fluency is English is mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of company policies, goals, and objectives to effectively support commercial activities.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, healthcare services, or 3PL operations (preferred).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and report preparation.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality presentations and reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Adaptability to manage changing priorities and challenges under pressure.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment, where collaboration and teamwork are key.
