We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Logistics Services Manager to join our Supply Chain Services and Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digitizing supply chain processes, a passion for continuous improvement, and a collaborative spirit to drive our digital transformation initiatives forward, ensuring enhanced visibility and predictability across our supply chain network.

What You'll Do for Us

• Drive the comprehensive implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS) and Track & Trace (T&T) capabilities across our organization.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital supply chain tools and platforms, contributing to a culture of shared learning and best practice.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve seamless system integration and user adoption.
• Develop and conduct training sessions, as well as create standard operating procedures, to maintain process discipline and consistency.
• Proactively monitor and leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive innovation and continuous improvement within our logistics digital services.
• Foster strong vendor relationships and manage negotiations with key service providers.
• Ensure compliance with technical and data requirements and collaborate with IT for the successful integration of logistics software solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Track & Trace platforms such as Project 44, Four kites, or similar tools.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data and analytics skills to inform decision-making and business solutions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
