SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within a designated region, while working closely with Sales and the Incident Response (IR) teams. The ideal candidate requires a deep understanding of the cyber solutions and insurance market and has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth within their designated region.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develops and implements comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the assigned region
  • Identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand the company's customer base
  • Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with insurance broker/carrier and data/privacy firm channels to enhance sales opportunities and client satisfaction
  • Enhances relationships with partners through thought leadership and education
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IR, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management and Project Management systems for documenting sales efforts and communicating status/timing of post-IR activities
  • Provides regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, including analysis of sales performance and recommendations for improvement 
  • Collaborates with the Sales team to create winning proposals and presentations
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on our business segments and processes
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, team growth strategies, training to enhance productivity, and improve customer engagement
  • Mentors and motivates the internal teams to drive performance and exceed sales goals by providing knowledge sharing, counseling, and training 
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management

  • Deep understanding of the cyber solutions and insurance market, including knowledge of key competitors, trends, and customer needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field with 10+ years related experience; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Arete salary and benefit policy.

FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
