Job Description

Incubation Business enablement and Operations team holds the charter to setup and enable HP Incubation portfolio with adequate business processes for short, mid and long term. In parallel the team aligns with corporate functions to redefine HP operating model & guidelines to accelerate incubation onboarding and scale-up.

The team managed three key process workstreams: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R).

We are searching for a lead for Business enablement lead to manage e2e processes, with major focus on O2C and P2P, but also coordinating with R2R and other business processes up & downstream.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup & enablement of HP Incubation portfolio. Help founders to navigate HP complexity.

Identify resource requirements & implement an integrated E2E plan.

Simplify and implement new operating models to accelerate incubation onboarding & scale-up.

E2E business enablement, trading structure & operations strategy in the short, mid and long term.

Process definition, documentation & continuous improvement.

Quote to Cash and Procure-to-Pay operationalization of new incubation businesses (short/mid/long term).

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred: Business Administration or Engineering.

  • 10-15 years of related experience in Business management and Operations.

  • External experience highly valuable, preferred small company / startup environment.

  • HP SAP systems background, Procurement (internal or external) process background

Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner relationship management

  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.

  • Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills

  • Strong program management skills such as planning, execution, and implementation.

  • Solid financial and business acumen.
