Join us as our new Technical Service Manager (West Allis, WI)

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Providing leadership as a direct manager to the AH&N North American Technical Service team

  • Building internal alliances with sales leaders, global marketing, regional marketing, product management and innovation to facilitate the Technical Services teams skills and contribution to the overall global business unit’s success.

  • Representing the Technical Service team in the AH&N North American Management team and contribute to the overall direction of the AH&N business

  • Interfacing personally and supporting the team’s overall sales efforts with key customers and prospects to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Managing the regional trial budget and all expenditures relating to the technical service team

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry consultants, key opinion leaders, leaders of research organizations and universities

  • Contributing to developing and approving research protocols for regional trials and overseeing the securing research contracts and the execution of such contracts

  • Occasionally presenting or contributing to industry conferences and trade shows including the development of abstracts, posters or presentations

To succeed you must hold: 

  • Experience and success in managing high performing teams and or cross functional project teams

  • A passion for / strong connections within the North American Agri-business sector

  • DVM or Ph.D. (M.Sc could be considered)

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of time including international air travel.  This position requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
