Summary:
As a test lead you will act as an interface in the areas of testing, validation, integration, and requirements management. You will coordinate with team members across different national and international locations. You will actively participate in building and developing the testing team in the areas of test development, test execution, test environment development and maintenance, guidance and technical mentorship.

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing test strategies, specifying new test cases and implementing automated test suites.
You will analyze and interpret the obtained test results, discuss them with technical experts, and support in optimizing the testing processes.
You will be test infotainment systems in close cooperation with our customers and process partners and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.
Design & maintain automated test frameworks Build functional/regression/integration/performance test suites.
Define strategies & acceptance criteria Execute & analyze results Ensure requirements traceability Integrate tests in CI/CD Debug on hardware (CANoe/Vector) Report quality metrics Align with ASPICE & cybersecurity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Overall, 7 to 9 years of experience in testing and Validation domain, with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive domain.
You have gained practical experience with Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or a programming language such as Python or C#.
You have hands-on experience in assembling a test bench (HIL) and are comfortable working with hardware and electrical components.
Very good knowledge in CANoe, Python, CAPL.
Experience with Confluence, Jira, DOORs
Good knowledge of ECU and HiL hardware, Ethernet, CAN protocols.
System and Sub system Knowledge of Automotive ECUs.
Very good Knowledge on Test automation (SystemUI/API/functional/system) Kotlin/ /Java Espresso/JUnit/Appium/Robolectric/pytest.
Experience with AAOS or embedded test env ASPICE L2+ ISO 21434 MISRA/FOSS CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions) Git AIDL SOME/IP CAN Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
Good Knowledge of HIL/SIL CANoe/Vector/ETAS Android instrumentation/emulator testing Test dashboards (Allure/TestRail) Agile testing ISO 21434 awareness.
Requirement Understanding, Configuration Management, Bug Tracking Tool, Change management Tool
You have experience in test strategy creation, test planning, and tooling enablement.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Embedded Product Verification & Validation.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
