Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist (Closing) for our Hong Kong office. This position will provide support in relation to closing administration and operations. This position is expected to follow established guidelines to determine the validity of contract, loan and closing documents and follow through to resolution.

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Perform a full range of closing administration operation tasks.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Performs other duties as appropriate.
  • Ensure quality procedures and suggest improvements.

To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Tertiary education or above.
  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Administration is preferred.
  • Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and other computer systems.
  • Positive attitude and able to work effectively as a good team player.
  • Detail-minded, independent and good organized skills.
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.
