Technology Support Associate II

As a Technology Support Associate II, you will provide desktop support for the Investment Group associates including Trading, Investment Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Assistants, and Investment Group Developers

You will be a resolute and initiative-taking individual to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Investment Group associates. You will meet the criteria and be enthusiastic about technology and financial services.

  • You will possess at least 3 years demonstrated experience providing end-user support in a networked environment.

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • You work with a sense of urgency along with excellent responsiveness.

  • You possess a strong commitment to working as a team and providing excellent customer service.

  • You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, adept at quickly analyzing and processing computer endpoint data to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • You possess a proven ability to thrive in demanding environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.

  • You are available to work an early schedule 5am – 2pm PST.

  • You possess a strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365, Mac OS, and Market Data applications.

  • You have a demonstrated interest in financial services and computer technology.

  • You have computer training skills and exposure to investment systems preferred.

  • Possessing a bachelor’s degree in business or technology is highly desired.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $76,383-$122,213

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
