WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
· Recruit, train and manage a team of Proximity Agents in the office and in the field.
· Work with your Proximity Agents to meet or exceed their Lead Issued (Demo No Sale or Sale) and Sales goals.
· Map locations to canvass daily for you and your Team Members.
· Canvass on your own
· Walk with & coach each canvasser
· Conduct weekly Canvasser meetings to celebrate successes and address and training needs.
· Enforce approved dress code.
· Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and motivation to ensure that canvassing teams are on track and setting appointments.
· Understand and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures.
· Have 1:1 meetings with every Team Member every 2 weeks.
· Lead daily Team Meetings prior to departure to the field.
· Maintain a fun, encouraging atmosphere so that canvassers know they are appreciated and supported.
· Collaborate continuously with Proximity Manager to improve your Team’s Performance.

SKILLS

· Must have an understanding of Excel.
· Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Required to work Monday thru Friday - 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $21.00 per hour + BONUS!

Must be willing to undergo a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
