Job Position:  Test Solutions Analyst

Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Primary Job Purpose:

• Identify manual bottlenecks within the department and develop automated solutions to streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into department KPIs and Lean metrics.
• Use Python (or similar tools) to automate repetitive data tasks, report generation, and system integrations.
• Assist in mapping out processes (Value Stream Mapping) and identifying "waste" that can be eliminated through digitization.
• Work alongside our Senior Automation Engineer to learn existing systems and contribute to ongoing digital projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh diploma graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Foundational knowledge of Python, Sharepoint Online and Power Platform.

• Ability to build basic reports in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Excel (Macros/VBA is a plus).

• A strong interest in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement. You should enjoy "fixing" things and making processes better.
• Curious, proactive, and able to explain technical solutions to non-technical teammates.
