If so, a role in the Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) organization is for you! In CMK, we combine analytics and insights to directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, retail, go-to-market strategy… and much more! You will leverage multiple data sources to keep a pulse on what’s happening in the marketplace and how it’s affecting the retailers and their shoppers. You will both lead & support projects across the enterprise, interacting with multiple domains (sales, marketing, & category insights). As you become an expert on the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree strategies, you will have progressively more opportunities to present insights to all levels of leadership at the retailer. You will have the opportunity to influence internal strategy and product innovation based on solid shopper insights. Additionally, you will lead the process for shopper research for the team via qualitative and quantitative surveys/interviews and democratize the insights for P&G and Family Dollar to leverage to best understand the shopper.

Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft and analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with key business partners across levels and functions.
