Consumer financing empowers customers by increasing buying power and improving cash flow. Wayfair operates a billion-dollar-plus lending program that delivers tangible value - delighting customers, while providing a competitive advantage for Wayfair and our Suppliers.
This role is responsible for delivering profitable growth of Wayfair’s global suite of consumer financing offering across all stores, channels, and geographies. In addition to effective day-to-day management and marketing of our current offerings, this role will champion a crisp vision to unlock significant growth, with a relentless focus on execution leveraging a large and complex set of cross-functional stakeholders, external partnerships, and robust marketing efforts.
This role is part of the Fintech & Loyalty (F&L) organization. F&L helps Wayfair win market share by rewarding customer loyalty, offering budget-friendly financing options, and making it easy and safe to pay, every time. We are a global, cross-functional organization that provides foundational capabilities and experiences essential to every customer journey.
