Looking to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist!

Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for outstanding customer service, office operations, scheduling appointments, general clerical and operating the cash register as necessary.

The Veterinary Receptionist must at all times, maintain a warm, yet professional appearance and demeanor, as they work directly with clients, guests, and staff, to provide courteous, friendly and professional assistance. The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact between a customer and Brandon Lakes Animal Hospital and thus, is responsible for ensuring that this first encounter is positive for the customer. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance, whatever a client needs within the scope of our mission, is to be provided to the best of our abilities.
