Starting compensation is $ 23.54 per hour with an advance to $25.79 per hour after a 90-day probationary period. Benefits include medical/dental/prescription coverage, 401 (k), life insurance and more.

  • Ability to learn new concepts and information using process procedures, manuals and diagrams.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties.
  • All open positions are shift work with all operators having a fixed 40-hour schedule based on set shift times. The sites current shift schedule is 3 8hr shifts each day (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm, 7am) including weekends and holidays. Additionally, our team members can be required to work overtime and call-in as business needs require.
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education & Work Experience:

  • High school diploma/equivalent or higher education required.
  • Mechanical or chemical equipment operating experience desired.

Pay: $25.79 per hour
