The Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Demand Forecasting plays a pivotal role in driving strategic forecasting initiatives across the organization. This individual will lead cross-functional alignment discussions with senior leaders in Business Units (BUs), Customer Operations, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), ensuring demand signals are accurate, timely, and actionable. The Lead Analyst is expected to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and champion continuous improvement in forecasting processes and systems to increase forecast accuracy and support customer on-time delivery.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree or industry certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor or other technology manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in forecasting, supply chain planning, or complex data analytics.

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional engagement. 
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI, etc.) and Excel. 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic forecasting discussions with senior leaders across BUs, Customer Ops, and SCM.
  • Analyze and drive alignment on demand signals and ensure integration with downstream planning processes.
  • Identify and resolve systemic forecasting issues; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Champion forecasting process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on forecast performance and risks.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $113,850 to $170,775.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
