**Concessions Bartender Job Description**

**Position Overview:**  
The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at concession stands during events. They ensure a friendly and efficient service experience, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhere to all safety and legal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages promptly and accurately.  
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.  
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.  
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.  
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.  
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and regulations.  
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.  
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the concession bar area before and after events.  
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy times.

**Qualifications:**  
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.  
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing.  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required permits or certifications.  
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to a certain weight as required.
