Patient Flow Agent – Patient Flow and Capacity Management - Per Diem

In this role, under the direction of the Manager of Patient Flow, you’ll support the efficient patient flow through the timely placement of patients from all portals of entry.  Work collaboratively with the colleagues to manager bed availability and optimize utilization.  Serve as a liaison for all operational issues related to appropriate patient placement in partnership with all staff.  It’s the kind of work that makes tomorrow better for countless individuals.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bed Assignment experience
  • Prior Registration experience in Admitting

Required Criteria:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
