About this role

The Aravo Platform Analyst will be part of the JLLT Foundational pillar, & the Global S&P Technology Platform Team, delivering the technology that underpins the S&P function.

The role’s focus will be supporting the configuration of JLL’s new supplier portal, Aravo. They will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the S&P technology platform & support teams along with S&P business stakeholders to deliver high quality software configuration, analytics, & documentation for the relevant business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical support for the Aravo platform, overseeing all configuration requirements and coordinating with the Aravo Platform owner for monthly releases.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Aravo, including configuration, APIs, troubleshooting, and support escalation.
  • Learn other applications within the JLL S&Ps technology suite, such as Jaggaer, JD Edwards Enterprise One, PeopleSoft, and Corrigo, to grasp their technical design and business utility.
  • Construct Aravo workflows, including all necessary conditions and validation logic.
  • Create testing plans, carry out quality assurance, and conduct functional testing for monthly releases.
  • Produce technical documentation that elucidates JLL's design and configuration.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Swiftly comprehend both business issues and technical challenges to identify and address potential gaps.
  • Document requirements, specifications, business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs.

Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the Aravo platform and configuration is required
  • Great communication skills, as the project will offer full exposure to our many global teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, as this will reflect in the quality of the captured specifications
  • Able to be self-motivated, set priorities & work autonomously on assigned or committed tasks, at the same time able to collaborate & work as part of a global agile delivery team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Visio, Excel…)
  • Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus but not essential
  • Demonstrable & relevant experience in similar roles is required
  • Previous exposure to customer support, sourcing & procurement, and/or software implementation is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems / another relevant field, or equivalent work experience
