The Opportunity:
The Product Manager performs a key role in contributing to the development of sustainable group product terms and conditions, including development of value-add product solutions for AIA Australia’s Group insurance clients.
To do this successfully you will:
- Contribute to the delivery of product solutions for key strategic clients with a strong focus on sustainable product terms to improve claims experience and support business growth.
- Conduct competitor research to identify areas of opportunity to improve member outcomes and enhancements.
- Partner with Distribution and Pricing teams to deliver sustainable product solutions.
- Develop and draft policy documents
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Support client engagement and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive communication within the organization including Pricing, Distribution, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ experience in group product management including Group business
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Group insurance market and good understanding of key drivers
- Good knowledge and understanding of superannuation legislation changes and regulatory environment impacting on group insurance clients
- Demonstrated creativity and an ability to think "outside the box"
- Ability to develop and maintain healthy and professional working relationships with all external and internal clients.
