Seneca Global Services is seeking an Enterprise Configuration Manager ready to support a dynamic, innovative acquisition program. This position will perform in-depth program analysis and coordination assignments, and services in support of the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

This is a hybrid role, based out of Orlando, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Enterprise Configuration Manager will be responsible for making recommendations on policies and procedures associated with the enterprise organization to all stakeholders involved in the Configuration Management (CM) process. They will Implement and affect change in the Configuration Change Control Process, Policy, and Procedures across the enterprise.

  • Create, manage and maintain the Configuration Control Knowledge platform on SharePoint.
  • Support current Configuration Management Plan (CMP) activities across PEO STRI.
  • Develop and recommend updates to CMP.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the process and include establishing priorities across the enterprise.
  • Track compliance to policies and procedures and support resolution to escalating any compliance issues.
  • Facilitate Configuration Management audits.
  • Facilitates communication and engages PMs and IT management to encourage configuration management efforts and value proposition.
  • Supports Reviews and provides recommendation on all changes to the CM Tool infrastructure where applicable.
  • Supports Reviews and provides recommendation on all significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are properly addressed.
  • Support Government DA Decision Maker and Mentors the organization on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies, and procedures.
  • Co-Chairs the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and enacts changes as Directed.
  • Provide recommendation for approval of all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc.in support of new or improving functionality of the CMS Responsibilities.
  • Supports Reviews and provides recommendation on all requests for administrator log on credentials/ access rights to the CMS infrastructure.
  • Reviews and publishes configuration management changes to policy and CM reporting.
  • Defining and Standardizing Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance Required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Years of experience and area of focus or certifications may be used as a substitute for education.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Expertise/knowledge/experience with the following:
    • Agile DevSecOps (SCRUM/JIRA/Confluence)
