Your Main Objective:

  • Manage Web Team development activities (SiteWorks organization web sites, SharePoint pages, Confluence pages, and web sites and features) based on customer requirements to include tracking of SharePoint projects, provide mission specific web site awareness and training to team members, and issue tracking using online corporate JIRA capabilities.
  • Report status of Web Team projects, efforts, and issues to contract TTO and customer leads through email, weekly meetings, and face-to-face as needed.
  • Develop and maintain system design, documentation, and instating of SharePoint Development environment.
  • Provide system administration support, configuration, and troubleshooting of the SharePoint Development environment.
  • Lead troubleshooting of SharePoint technical issues and communicate with customer SharePoint and Corporate SharePoint teams as necessary to resolve matters.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance parameters of existing SharePoint Web applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultancy to customers on the identification and solution of web-based matters on SiteWorks, Cold Fusion, and SharePoint websites and applications.
  • Develop technical web application interfaces to include design, development, deployment, and maintenance activities and perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and application as required utilizing SharePoint 2013/2019, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, AJAX, EML, PHP or Python, and / or  ASP.  Tools available for these efforts include Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver), SharePoint Designer, Fireworks, and Photoshop.
  • Provide customers with technical support on SharePoint 2013/2019 to include expertise across custom and default workflows, creating and using sire collections, creating and applying master including and the Conference site pages, creating and adapting document libraries, custom lists, web parts/pages, blogs, surveys, events, and alerts to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide system administration support on Windows based servers
  • Provide technical support to customers on creating, modifying, using Wikis; as well as team collaboration software tools (i.e JIRA and confluence)
  • Maintain legacy systems as they transition to new platforms
  • Integration of new software with any existing applications, middleware, Web Services legacy systems, etc. as requirements dictate.
  • Provide enhancements to current web interfaces based on customer requirements.
  • Participate in web application software testing and integration.
  • Evaluate and identify new web technologies for proposal and potential implementation.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training on Web related processed.
  • Working to extend the functionality and adding new features to support smooth planning, enrollment, attendance tracking and reporting of the customer’s major conference.
  • Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
  • Working in a cohesive, small team environment

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience, Master’s degree plus 6-years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree plus 4-years of relevant experience.  An Associate’s degree plus 10-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position 
  • Computer Science (CS) degree or related field 
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Experience with PHP development
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience performing web development using Python
  • Experience developing business analytics
  • Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres)
  • Linux user skills
  • Ability to work in a small dynamic team

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
