This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description
Are you passionate about driving positive social impact change while working for a Fortune 50 corporation? As a Strategic Planning Intern on the Strategic Planning, Finance, and Insights team, you will gain exposure to strategy development, business planning, evaluation and research, data and insights, as well as financial operations within the Impact and Inclusion department.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In this role, the student will gain exposure to corporate philanthropy, strategy, business planning, and insights to inform decision making. The work varies and could include research on digital equity curriculums, understanding the competitive landscape and evaluating potential charitable investments, and/or assessing key performance indicators for the department.

You’ll be working with passionate and talented teams who are looking to help drive positive social impact nationwide and in local communities through charitable giving, philanthropic efforts, and digital equity work to help bridge the digital divide. Your day to day will be focused on strategy and planning to assess progress through insights and data to help inform the future plans and roadmap activities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support in business planning exercises to track progress against business, financial, and operating goals.
Performs research and evaluation assistance to leadership in the development and design of new initiatives in community impact – ie. digital equity, and/or charitable giving.
Assesses key performance indicators and business insights to inform decision making
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation
Base Pay: $25.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
