Your Role
Accountable for the successful delivery of engineering and product development projects, managing the full project life cycle from initiation through closure. This role ensures that scope, timing, cost, quality and resources are effectively planned and controlled to meet internal and customer expectations
Key responsibilities include:
Defining project scope, creating detailed project plans and aligning schedules with program milestones and customers' requirements, contributing to platform readiness.
Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, supply chain) to ensure coordinated execution across domains and geographies
Tracking project progress, managing risks and issues and driving timely resolution of blockers
Managing project budgets, evaluating trade-offs and aligning financial forecasts with delivery objectives
Communicating with all levels of stakeholders, from team members to executives and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency
Preparing and leading regular project reviews, customer updates and internal status reports
Driving decision-making around scope changes, timeline adjustments and resource reallocation as needed
Supporting compliance with internal development processes (e.g. ASPICE, V-Model), as well as OEM-specific delivery expectations
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation including risk registers, action plans and meeting notes
Project Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering engineering outcomes on time and within budget while fostering cross-team collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
Your Background
Excellent communication skills, including coaching and mentoring skills
Strong negotiations skills in order to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
Ability to approach the challenges and making the decision with sense of urgency
MSc or PhD degree in engineering
7+ Years in Automotive industry
5+ years in ADAS domain
Track record of full project execution from kick-off to SOP
Proven records of successful Customer front-end & project experience (2-3 projects)
Understanding of PDP process
Understanding of ASPICE compliance
Team oriented
System view and understanding of ADAS
Commitment to ongoing projects and implementing improvements
ability to travel
Microsoft Project expertise
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals
Fluent English language skills
