This role focuses on the design, development, and integration of high-voltage product solutions, combining mechanical engineering expertise with electrical design capabilities. The engineer will be responsible for end-to-end product development, from concept through testing and validation, ensuring both mechanical and electrical aspects meet performance and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with exposure to Electrical Design.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Creo – 3D CAD modelling
  • Ansys – Simulation and analysis
  • Fastener Analyzer – Structural integrity of joints
  • MATLAB – Data analysis, modelling, and simulation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create and implement new components and technologies, with a focus on high-voltage systems.
• System Integration & Testing: Perform system-level performance tests for high-voltage product solutions.
• Design Review: Evaluate mechanical and electrical designs to ensure compliance with functional and safety requirements.
• Prototyping & Analysis: Build and test prototypes; analyze results to refine designs.
• Supplier Collaboration: Support supplier development and performance monitoring.
• Documentation & Reporting: Translate requirements into detailed design documents; contribute to proposals and technical reports.
