Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend) to drive development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular (latest versions preferred).
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (v8+) and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Spring Boot, Java, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise-scale applications.
