Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to design and implement software solutions, ensuring the quality and functionality of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions. - Ensure the quality and functionality of the systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems. - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
