About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

Job Duties

• Provide sales and agency administration support for all distribution channels within the Division;
• Handle the license and registration affairs of insurance intermediaries in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Support for CPD Compliance reporting for insurance agents and coordinate compliance training for insurance intermediaries where necessary;
• Handle enquiries/correspondences from regulators or insurance intermediaries;
• Perform daily administration in accordance with internal policies & procedures, regulatory requirements or Group standards;
• Provide administrative support on sales campaigns within the Division;
• Support Team Manager in preparing various management reports;
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Competencies

• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn;
• Well organized and attentive to details;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/ Work Experience

• University degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained from insurance industry;
• Holder of IIQAS qualification or other related professional/insurance qualification an advantage
